Eco Activities play an important part in our schools daily activities at Ysgol Nantgaredig. Our Eco Committee play an active role in organising activities and steering the project. We endeavour to ensure that a feeling of respect towards the environment and living things around us is instilled naturally in our children through this whole school ethos. As a result, outdoor learning is also a priority of ours. We take full advantage of the school’s location to get the children working outdoors and developing a love for their locality.
We take pride in our Eco Platinum Status (which has been renewed many times). This recognises a fantastic, whole school approach to the project.
